Forgetting Sarah Marshall

If you have not yet seen this movie, you need to stop what you are doing and go rent it. Actually, just go buy it. I saw it opening weekend in the theaters and loved it and its finally on DVD. The conversations in the movie are priceless.

I kind of have discovered over time that I pretty much like any movie that is set in Hawaii or a tropical area. 50 First Dates, Blue Crush, The Heartbreak Kid, Forgetting Sarah Marshall... I think it goes back to the fact that I know I would be content living the rest of my life on a tropical beach somewhere making next to nothing, but enjoying where I am.

The closest thing I have is Bradford Beach. At least they cleaned it up within the last year :)

Seinfeldian

After reading my friend TF's well constructed blog, I decided to create my own for no other reason than to discuss any and everything about life. The title "The Daily Misconception" refers to nothing, yet everything at the same time.

I pride myself on being a Seinfeldian type personality. The Urban Dictionary describes Seinfeldian as "Obvious or absurd, such that it is reminiscent of NBC's "Seinfeld." I feel that most things in life are Seinfeldian in nature and I love nothing more than to bring up those minuscule topics and discuss them. Now, I understand that this can be annoying at times, much like Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm., but I get his character. He pushes things way over the top, but with good reason in his mind.

So I urge the readers of this blog to comment and discuss any relevant topics and conversations about daily life. I am sure to have a comment on them.
